We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception adults only unless otherwise specified on your invitation. We encourage you to use this evening to have a fun date night out!
When should I RSVP by?
Kindly RSVP by March 22, 2025. If you cannot attend, we will miss you, and would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:00. We recommend guests arrive around 3:30 so you have plenty of time to mingle and find a seat.
Is there a dress code?
The dress code is black-tie optional. We ask men to wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie and women to wear an evening gown or a midi- or knee-length cocktail dress
Ex: no blue jeans, sneakers, or other casual wear.
The ceremony will be held outdoors, so please consider that when making your shoe choice.
Can I bring additional guests?
Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list. Our wedding is RSVP only, and we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Please reach out to Caroline or Alan with any questions.
Will there be food and drinks during cocktail hour?
After the wedding ceremony, we will be serving light passed hors d’oeuvres accompanied by an open bar.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning we ask that all phones be put away and silenced once the ceremony begins. We want everyone to be fully present with us and our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!
Will there be transportation?
We have booked a charter bus to get guests to and from the venue. It will be leaving from the hotels we have listed near JIA. It is $30/ person. If that is something you would be interested in doing, please reach out to us to secure your seat! Please text (352) 222-9181 or (863) 944-3227.
If you are staying at the Marriott by JIA, there is also a hotel shuttle that will be running to and picking up from the venue. It only seats 12 and is first come first serve, so seats are not guaranteed.
